We love Indian Bridal. As wedding professional who have worked together, we put together this shoot to feature it. For ‘The Story of Our Shoot’ see:

At the center, there is our model, Aakanksha Gavali whose photographs have mesmerized me since I first saw them. Aakanksha was born in Aurangabad, India, and came to the U.S. when she was eight.

Our henna artist, Sarahenna, is so passionate about henna and creates amazing art in minutes right before your eyes. Arianna Scott, is one of the most talented and respected makeup and hair artists in Seattle. She specializes in South Asian women. We wanted to create some beautiful photographs that we could all love, get published, and after publication, use in our own businesses. We enjoy working together, which made it all feel like play.
